4 on, 4 off day shift pattern – 0700 – 19.30

What you can expect as a Machine Operative in Alconbury
- Take care of our production machines that are on citrus, grapes, or loose lines.
- Complete regular diary logs of the machine\\\’s performance throughout your shift.
- Feed new customer packaging into the machine, such as seals or netting.
- Collaborate with your line leader to improve the line\\\’s efficiency.
- Report any mechanical faults promptly, perform fault-finding, and inform our engineering team.
- Manage any machine downtime to prevent the line from stopping.
