This is a pivotal clinical leadership role where you will support a population of 1,000+ men, primarily aged 21-40, helping them navigate complex mental health challenges.
The Role: Clinical Leadership & Development
As a Senior Psychologist, you won't just manage a caseload—you'll shape the service. You will:
- Lead & Mentor: Manage and supervise two Assistant Psychologists and provide reflective practice for the wider multi-disciplinary team.
- Clinical Excellence: Conduct specialist assessments and deliver 1:1 and group interventions, including our trauma-informed 'Making Sense' programme.
- Collaborate: Act as an integral part of the clinical leadership team, contributing to service audits and research.
- Educate: Deliver essential psychological training to both healthcare and prison staff.
