The Role: Clinical Excellence & Leadership
- Specialist Assessments: Interpreting complex data to provide high-level psychological assessments for patients.
- Supervision & Training: Mentoring healthcare and prison staff in trauma-informed care and overseeing doctoral-level training placements.
- Service Development: Contributing to regional and national policy, driving the evolution of our mental health service.
- Complex Interventions: Delivering evidence-based therapies (CBT, DBT, CAT, Schema, etc.) to forensic populations with high-risk behaviours.
What We’re Looking For
- Qualified & Registered: HCPC Registered Practitioner Psychologist (Clinical, Counselling, or Forensic).
- Forensic Expertise: Proven experience working with forensic populations and severe mental health difficulties.
- Therapeutic Depth: Training in specific modalities such as CBT, Systemic, DBT, or Mentalisation.
- Drive: A compassionate professional who acts with integrity and thrives in a secure, ever-changing environment.
