The Role
We are looking for a proactive IT Engineer to join a small, collaborative IT team. You will act as a key escalation point for complex 2nd line incidents, ensuring our hardware, software, and cloud networks remain secure and reliable. This isn't just a ticket-clearing role; you’ll have the opportunity to work on diverse IT projects and help shape our technical infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Support: Resolve escalated incidents across hardware, software, and networks.
- M365 Administration: Manage Microsoft 365 and related cloud technologies.
- Security & Compliance: Maintain systems in line with data protection and security standards.
- Documentation: Develop SOPs and knowledge base articles to streamline operations.
- Project Support: Assist the IT Manager with infrastructure and deployment projects.
