Support Worker – Nottingham, Nottinghamshire £12.71/hr + Enhancements & Excellent Benefits

Contracts: 25–37.5 hours a week.

Locations: Nottingham, West Bridgford, Arnold, Beeston, Carlton, Bingham.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with essential daily activities.

Contracts & Structured Schedule

We offer flexibility with structured scheduling for a great work-life balance.

Full-Time Contracts: 37.5 or 25 hours a week.

Mandatory Availability: All applicants must be able to work on a rota system (FT or PT) over 7 days a week.

Predictable Rota: All services require 24hr care, but rotas are prepared at least 4 weeks in advance for better personal planning.

Shift Details
  • Days: Between 07:00 – 22:30
  • Sleep-ins: 22:30 – 07:00
  • Sleep-In Pay: An enhanced flat rate payment of £62.45 is paid per sleep-in shift.
What We Look For In You
  • Experience: Previous experience in care settings, mental health, or working with individuals with challenging behaviours is highly valued.
  • Qualifications: An NVQ, Care Certificate, or other healthcare qualifications are desirable but not essential.
  • Mobility: Being a driver is a plus, though not a requirement.
