Are you compassionate, energetic, and eager to help people live their best lives? We are looking for dedicated Support Care Workers to join our vibrant team across two sites in Gainsborough.

We support 19 fantastic individuals aged 20 to 80 with varying support needs. Our residents love staying active, socialising, and celebrating! From day trips, shopping, and local volunteering to arts & crafts, board game tournaments, and holiday parties, no two days are ever the same.

The Role

As a Support Care Worker, you will empower our residents to maintain their independence, join in community activities, and feel supported in their daily lives. Your duties will include:

  • Assisting with personal care, mobility, and manual handling.
  • Supporting residents during social outings, shopping trips, lunch dates, and community activities.
  • Implementing Positive Behavioural Support (PBS) to manage challenging behaviours safely and compassionately.
  • Working a varied rota covering early, late, weekend shifts, and sleep-ins.

Who We Are Looking For

  • Passionate & Resilient: Comfortable supporting individuals with diverse needs and willing to learn PBS and breakaway techniques.
  • Local or Transport Ready: Being a driver is preferred, but if you live in Gainsborough, the service is easily accessible.
  • Right to Work: Candidates must possess settled status, ILR, or a valid UK work visa. (Please note: Due to shift pattern and sleep-in requirements, we cannot accept Skilled Worker Visa sponsorship or Student Visas for this role).
