Support Worker – Make a Real Difference in Sudbury, Suffolk

Location: Kettering, Northamptonshire, NN16

Circa Β£24,000+ per annum (pro rata)

Extras: Enhanced Sleep-in rate of Β£63.70 per shift

Contract: Full-Time & Part-Time opportunities available

The Shift Patterns:

  • Early: 7:00 AM / 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
  • Late: 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM
  • Night: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM
  • Sleep-ins: We require all team members to be able to commit to a minimum of one sleep-in shift per week (paid at an enhanced flat rate of Β£63.70).

What your day-to-day will look like:

  • Empower Independence: Assist with daily activities, hobbies, and life skills.
  • Provide Emotional Support: Be a consistent, trusting presence in their lives.
  • Enable Community Life: Help individuals stay active and engaged with the world around them.
  • Personal Care: Provide respectful assistance with personal care where required.
