Could you be the highlight of someone's day? We are a leading disability charity looking for enthusiastic, empathetic, and dedicated Support Workers to join our welcoming team in Sudbury, Suffolk. Your role is to be their advocate, their helping hand, and their partner in independence.
The Shift Patterns:
- Early: 7:00 AM / 8:00 AM β 3:00 PM
- Late: 3:00 PM β 10:00 PM
- Night: 10:00 PM β 7:00 AM
- Sleep-ins: We require all team members to be able to commit to a minimum of one sleep-in shift per week (paid at an enhanced flat rate of Β£63.70).
What your day-to-day will look like:
- Empower Independence: Assist with daily activities, hobbies, and life skills.
- Provide Emotional Support: Be a consistent, trusting presence in their lives.
- Enable Community Life: Help individuals stay active and engaged with the world around them.
- Personal Care: Provide respectful assistance with personal care where required.
