Key Responsibilities
- Expert Landscape Maintenance: Lead all aspects of exterior plant care, including pruning, feeding, and specialist pest control to maintain award-winning standards.

The Ideal Candidate
- Proven Experience: A strong background as a Senior Gardener or Landscape Maintenance Operative with a focus on high-quality exterior displays.
- Qualified: RHS Level 2 (or equivalent) is highly desirable, alongside a deep knowledge of industry tools and botanical products.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using digital reporting tools and CRM systems.
- Leadership Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, lead installations, and communicate effectively with high-profile customers.
- Licence: A full manual UK driving licence (with 6 points or less).
