crooton is an award-winning recruitment technology company building next-generation, AI-powered, multi-tenancy SaaS platforms for employers across the globe. Were looking for two talented Full Stack Engineers to join our high-performing team.

Youll be working on innovative, large-scale projects in the recruitment and marketing sectors, connecting job seekers and employers worldwide. Expect a fast-paced, agile environment where priorities can shift quickly your adaptability will be just as valuable as your technical skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain features for multi-tenancy SaaS platforms in recruitment and marketing.
• Use AI-assisted tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) to write, test, and debug code faster and more effectively.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to deliver quality features on time.
• Maintain high standards of security, scalability, and performance for a global user base.
• Deploy, monitor, and maintain applications on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and AWS.
• Participate in agile ceremonies, using Jira to manage tasks and sprints.
• Communicate clearly and confidently with colleagues, stakeholders, and clients.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Proven experience delivering multi-tenancy SaaS platforms in a commercial environment.
• Demonstrated use of AI-assisted development tools to improve speed and quality.
• Knowledge of Python (Flask/FastAPI/Django) and/or JavaScript (Node.js, Vue.js, React).
• Solid database experience (PostgreSQL / MySQL / MongoDB) with strong relational design and optimisation skills.
• Hands-on experience with GCP and AWS for cloud hosting, deployment, and scaling.
• Comfortable working with Jira in an agile delivery environment.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to clearly explain complex technical ideas.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and embraces change.

Desirable Skills

• Experience with containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Background in web scraping, large-scale data ingestion, or processing.
• Familiarity with multi-language SaaS applications.
• UI/UX skills with modern CSS frameworks (Tailwind, Bootstrap).
• Knowledge of GDPR, data security, and SaaS compliance.
• Experience integrating OpenAI, Vertex AI, or other LLMs into live products.

• Testing: Pytest, Jest, Cypress (AI-assisted test generation encouraged)
