About the Role:
You will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, repairing, and installing a range of fire alarm and AOV systems across multiple sites across Kent/South East.
Key responsibilities:
- Service, maintain, and repair various fire alarm and AOV systems
- Fault diagnosis and rectification
- Installation and commissioning of fire safety devices
- Completing job reports and certification accurately
- Providing excellent customer service
- Communicating effectively with both office staff and management
About You:
We’re looking for someone with a solid background in fire alarm systems and a professional, proactive attitude.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in servicing and maintaining fire alarm and AOV systems (public sector experience is a plus)
- UK driving licence (required)
- FIA qualifications (desirable – full training provided if needed)
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach
