What we are looking for:
While we provide full training, the right "can-do" attitude is essential. We are looking for:
- Flexibility: You must be able to commit to our shift patterns, which include night shifts and weekend working.
- Communication: Strong organisation and time management skills.
- Education: Ideally, you will have 5 GCSEs (Grade C/4 or above), including Maths and a Science.
- Bonus Skills: Previous manufacturing experience or a Forklift License is a major plus, but not a dealbreaker!
