Hours:<\/b> 36 hours per week - Nights (RGN) OR Bank shifts (RMN/RGN) available

Pay<\/b>: £23.04 per hour

They are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (Full time Night RGN and Bank RMN/RGN<\/b>) to join their care home in Darlington Durham.<\/b> This is a brilliant opportunity to work with a highly respected organisation and make a positive impact.

The Role<\/h3>As a Registered Nurse,<\/b> you’ll provide person -centred care that meets the physical, psychological, and social needs <\/b>of our residents. You’ll:<\/p>Create a safe, supportive environment for residents with a range of needs<\/li>Use your professional judgement to make critical clinical decisions<\/li>Develop tailored care plans and complete risk assessments<\/li>Administer medication safely and maintain high clinical standards<\/li>Be valued and respected for delivering nursing care the right way<\/li><\/ul><\/p>Essential Criteria<\/h3>Current NMC registration<\/li>Up -to -date knowledge of clinical practices<\/li>Experience producing care plans and risk assessments<\/li>Understanding of regulatory frameworks (DoLS/MCA, Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines)<\/li>Dedicated, compassionate, and committed to person -centred care<\/li><\/ul><\/p>Interested?<\/p>Click to apply<\/p><\/div><\/span>
