Youll play a key role in empowering individuals to live fulfilling, independent lives while ensuring high-quality, compliant service delivery.

What You\’ll Do -Support Manager Learning Disabilities

Lead, coach, and develop support teams across multiple sites

Ensure quality care and regulatory compliance

Build trusted relationships with families, professionals & local authorities

What Youll Need -Support Manager Learning Disabilities

• Level 4 Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards)
• Experience in supported living or similar care settings
• Strong leadership, communication & digital skills
• Full driving licence + own vehicle
