They are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RGN) to join their care home in Wisbech, Cambridgeshire, PE13 3EP. The Role
As a Registered Nurse, you’ll provide person-centred care that meets the physical, psychological, and social needs of our residents. You will:
- Create a safe, supportive environment for residents with a range of needs
- Use your professional judgement to make critical clinical decisions
- Develop tailored care plans and complete risk assessments
- Administer medication safely and maintain high clinical standards
- Be valued and respected for delivering nursing care the right way
Essential Criteria
- Current NMC registration (RGN)
- Up-to-date knowledge of clinical practices
- Experience producing care plans and risk assessments
- Understanding of regulatory frameworks (DoLS/MCA, Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines)
- Dedicated, compassionate, and committed to person-centred care
- Strong leadership skills
- You must be a driver unless living locally due to the location of the home
