Location: Guildford, Surrey, GU3 3FF
Hours: 40 hours per week
Shift times: 8:00-16:00 or 7:00-15:00, Available to work every other weekend
Pay: £33,348 per year
The Role
As Head of Housekeeping at our care home, you will lead a team to ensure every room and living space is maintained to the highest standards. You will combine attention to detail with the ability to motivate and inspire your team, helping to create a warm, welcoming environment that supports quality care for our residents.
Essential Criteria
- Experience in housekeeping (preferably within a care home, hospital, or hotel environment)
- Supervisory or team-leading background with the ability to motivate and inspire others
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- A caring nature with excellent communication skills to interact effectively with staff, residents, and families
- Driving licence is essential if not living locally due to the location of the home
