Job Description Senior Carer- Residential Care Home \n Hours: 36 hours per week - Days -8am to 8pm OR 24 hours per week - Nights - 8pm to 8am \n Salary: £16.30 per hour - Days OR £16.84 per hour - Nights \n Location: Wilton, Wiltshire, SP2 0FX \n Your Role \n \n \n Leading the care team: delegating duties, supervising and mentoring \n Supporting medication administration and stock management \n Updating care plans and risk assessments \n Liaising with GPs, district nurses, and families \n Creating a warm, welcoming, and vibrant environmen t that respects the dignity and preferences of our residents \n \n Essential Criteria\n \n \n Experience working as a Senior Carer in a Care Home setting (Ideally residential) \n NVQ Level 3 / Advanced Diploma in Health
