Your role will involve supervising and inspiring a team of dedicated Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager. You can also expect to support the clinical team in a specific area, such as medication, assessments, care plans or care reviews. Essential Criteria: Qualification: NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent Experience : As a Senior Carer or Team Leader Knowledge : Specific knowledge ofclinical care for the elderly. and medication trained Character : Warm-hearted, compassionate, and highly committed.
