We are looking for a Production Planner to join our dynamic Supply Chain team at the Chirnside Plant. In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between Customer Service, Sales, and Operations, ensuring our production schedules are optimised, inventory levels are healthy, and our customers get exactly what they need, right when they need it.

The Role (Key Responsibilities):
- Developing and maintaining efficient production plans to ensure 100% on-time delivery for customer orders.
- Scheduling activities to maximize machine/capacity utilization and overall operational efficiency.
- Collaborating daily with Sales and Customer Service to meet client demands and maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Liaising closely with the Operations team to ensure the floor can execute your plans safely and smoothly.
- Managing semi-finished (SFG) and finished goods (FG) inventory to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Utilising Microsoft Excel to build planning reports and track key performance data.
- Maintaining a safe, disciplined working environment aligned with 5S standards.
What We Are Looking For:
- The Right Aptitude: Previous experience in production planning, scheduling, supply chain, or a manufacturing environment is preferred, but not essential if you have the right transferable skills!
- Tech Savvy: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and confidence navigating computer-based planning systems.
- Organized & Analytical: Exceptional time-management skills with a proactive approach and sharp attention to detail.
- Great Communicator: The ability to build strong, collaborative relationships across various departments.
- Process-minded: An understanding of manufacturing processes or 5S standards is a major plus.
