Are you an experienced passive fire professional looking to lead high-quality protection projects across Bristol? We are hiring a Passive Fire Site Supervisor to manage site teams, ensure strict regulatory compliance, and deliver projects safely and on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Site Supervision: Manage daily operations, site teams, and workforce productivity across multiple sites.
- Quality & Compliance: Conduct site audits and inspections to ensure all fire stopping, fire doors, and compartmentation works meet FIRAS/industry standards.
- Health & Safety: Enforce H&S legislation, promote a strong safety culture, and conduct regular toolbox talks.
- Reporting & Client Liaison: Maintain digital photographic records, submit progress updates, and resolve on-site issues with Project Managers and clients.
Requirements
- Proven background in passive fire protection (Fire Stopping, Fire Doors, Structural Protection).
- Demonstrated experience supervising on-site teams and subcontractors.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Strong communication, digital reporting, and leadership skills.
Preferred:
- SSSTS/SMSTS, CSCS Card, First Aid, or FIRAS/BM TRADA accreditation.
