About the Role
Combine clinical expertise with team leadership to deliver outstanding, person-centred care. Working alongside the senior management and multidisciplinary teams, you will lead nurses and carers to champion dignity, independence, and resident wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clinical Oversight: Manage day-to-day clinical care, ensuring accurate care planning, safe medication administration, and full regulatory compliance.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop care staff to drive best practices and continuous quality improvement.
- Person-Centred Care: Foster a compassionate environment that directly improves resident outcomes every day.
About You
Credentials: Active NMC registration and up-to-date revalidation.
Experience: Minimum 2 years as a Registered Nurse in a clinical or social care setting, with proven leadership experience.
Skills: Strong clinical knowledge, excellent decision-making abilities, and a deep understanding of regulatory standards.
Attributes: A confident, compassionate leader with exceptional communication skills and a passion for mentoring others.
Flexibility: Some weekend work will be required.
