What Youll Be Doing:

As a Support Worker, you'll provide person-centred care and practical assistance to people with a learning disability. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting people with daily living tasks cooking, cleaning, managing money, attending appointments
  • Encouraging independent living and personal development
  • Providing companionship and promoting positive relationships
  • Helping people access the community and social activities
  • Providing personal care, including assistance with bathing, dressing, and medication (where required)
  • Driving individuals to activities or appointments (hold a full manual UK driving licence)
