Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver Care: Ensure every resident receives dignified, warm, and individualized support, making the environment welcoming and vibrant.
Essential Criteria:
- Qualification: NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent
- Experience: As a Senior Carer or Team Leader
- Knowledge: Specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly and medication trained
- Character: Warm-hearted, compassionate, and highly committed.
