Location: Covering multiple care homes in Swindon, Cirencester, Chippenham and Warminster
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Peripatetic Care Assistant, you'll deliver warm, respectful, person-centered care across a 20-mile radius, helping residents get the most out of life. This is a varied, fast-paced role involving everything from monitoring vitals (blood pressure, temperature) and care planning to providing vital companionship. Every shift, you'll ensure residents get meaningful, one-to-one time.
Requirement: Full driving license required to support homes across the region.
ABOUT YOU
You have a background in care and a solid understanding of elderly care. You're dedicated, compassionate, and ready to go above and beyond for resident wellbeing.
Qualifications: NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care is desirable
Experience: Previous experience working within a care home setting is essential
Travel: Access to your own car is essential. Mileage is covered for travel over 5 miles from your main home.
Bonus: Earn a bonus if you're on duty during an inspection that achieves a Good rating!
