Your Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Assisting with essential daily activities.
  • Providing crucial emotional support.

Contracts & Structured Schedule

We offer flexibility with structured scheduling for a great work-life balance:

  • Full-Time Contracts: Available at 37.5 or 15 hrs + hours a week.
  • Mandatory Availability: All applicants must be able to work on a rota system (FT or PT) over 7 days a week.
  • Predictable Rota: All services require 24hr care, but rotas are prepared at least 4 weeks in advance for better personal planning.

Shift Details:

  • Days: Between 07:00 - 22:00
  • Sleep-ins: 22:00 - 07:00
  • There is also a sleep-in enhanced flat rate payment of £64.20
  • Sleep-In Pay: An enhanced flat rate payment of £62.45 is paid per sleep-in shift.

What We Look For In You - Support Worker - Farnham, Surrey

While we provide comprehensive training, we are particularly interested in hearing from candidates with:

  • Experience: Previous experience in care settings, mental health, or working with individuals with challenging behaviours is highly valued.
