Support Care Worker in Spalding, Lincolnshire, PE11

£12.71 per hour | £24,785 pro rata, per annum (FTE) + Sleep-in Payment | Part-Time/ Full-Time/ Bank | Permanent

Extra Pay: Sleep-ins paid at an additional £64.20 per night!

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Community Adventures: Accompanying people to social activities, concerts, and garden centres.
  • In-House Fun: Getting involved in gardening, arts & crafts, dominoes, and bingo.
  • Daily Living Support: Helping with cooking, cleaning, shopping, mail, and managing medication.
  • Personalised Care: Providing vital support with personal care, mobility, manual handling, and positive behaviour plans.

The Essentials (What You Need)

  • A caring nature, patience, and a commitment to person-centred support.
  • A full driving licence is preferred (international licences and own cars are fine). Don't drive? If you live in Spalding and are happy to walk or cycle between services, we welcome your application!
  • Shift patterns run between 7 am and 10 pm. You must be able to work 3 out of 4 weekends (including sleep-ins) and cover one on-call shift per week (9 am-5 pm or 5 pm-9 pm).
  • Subject to an enhanced DBS check and suitable references.
