We are at the absolute forefront of smart home innovation developing connected products that seamlessly integrate with iOS, Android, Alexa, and Google Home.
As an Electronic Engineer, you will have a massive influence on our global center of excellence. Working alongside Senior Electronics, Firmware, and App Engineers, you will touch every stage of the design lifecycle, with exciting opportunities to collaborate with international teams across the USA and Asia.
Testing & Fault-Finding: Map out test procedures and use general lab equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies) to diagnose issues, find faults, and verify system performance. Maintain structured engineering documentation and parts management using modern PLM systems (3DX).
What We Are Looking For:
Essential (Must-Haves):
- Experience: Minimum 3+ years of proven experience in a practical electronics Design or development role.
- Education: Degree-level qualification (2:1 or above) in Electronic Engineering, or equivalent industry experience.
- Experience in hardware and electro-mechanical design tailored for small-to-medium volume manufacturing.
- Confident using standard laboratory equipment for testing and debugging, alongside a solid understanding of EMC compliance.
Desirable (Nice-to-Haves):
- Embedded programming experience (ideally working with STM or ESP microcontrollers).
- Strong bench skills, including the ability to hand-solder or fabricate prototype assemblies.
