Head of Housekeeping - Care Home
Location: Oxted, Surrey,RH8 9BD
Hours: 40 hours per week
Shifts: 8 hours per day - 5 days a week (including alternate weekends)
Pay: £16.00 per hour plus £750 Welcome Bonus
The Role
As Head of Housekeeping at our care home, youll lead a team to ensure every room and living space is maintained to the highest standards. Youll combine attention to detail with the ability to motivate and inspire your team, helping to create a warm, welcoming environment that supports quality care for our residents.
Essential Criteria
- Experience in housekeeping (preferably within a care home, hospital, or hotel environment)
- Ideally from a supervisory or team-leading background with the ability to motivate and inspire others
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- A caring nature with excellent communication skills to interact effectively with staff, residents, and families
