About the Role

As Head of Maintenance, you will ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment for our residents and staff. This varied role spans building maintenance, gardening, and groundskeeping meaning you could be fixing a leaky tap one minute and planting bulbs the next.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day property, garden, and grounds maintenance.
  • Lead a small team and work independently when needed.
  • Support the General Manager with annual budget planning.
  • Liaise with external contractors for specialized projects.
  • Responsible for reporting and documenting H&S checks, Pat testing, fire alarms, flushing systems and Legionella Testing.

About You

Requirements:

  • Hands-on property maintenance experience with at least one core trade skill.
  • Reliable, flexible with working hours, and IT literate.
  • A full UK driving licence (desirable).
