Your Key Responsibilities Include:
Assisting with essential daily activities.
Providing crucial emotional support.
Contracts & Structured Schedule
We offer flexibility with structured scheduling for a great work-life balance:
Full-Time Contracts:
Available at
37.5 or 15 hrs + hours a week .
Mandatory Availability:
All applicants must be able to work
on a rota system ( FT or PT) over 7 days a week .
Predictable Rota:
All services require
24hr care , but rotas are prepared at least
4 weeks in advance
for better personal planning.

*There is also a sleep-in enhanced flat rate payment of £64.20
Sleep-In Pay:
An enhanced flat rate payment of

Experience:
Previous experience in care settings, mental health, or working with individuals with challenging behaviors is highly valued.
Qualifications:
An NVQ, Care Certificate, or other healthcare qualifications are desirable but not essential.
Mobility:
Being a driver is a plus, though not a requirement
