Salary: £24,785 per annum pro rata (£12.71/hr) + £64.20 per sleep-in
Hours: Full-Time (37.5 hrs/wk) or Part-Time (flexible hours)
Contract: Permanent
About the Role
We are seeking passionate Support Workers to join our incredible team in Plymouth (PL2). In this role, you'll support individuals with learning disabilities in building confidence, developing independence, and actively engaging with their local community.

Shift Patterns & Work-Life Balance
Our services operate 24/7, with rotas planned at least 4 weeks so you can easily manage your personal life:
- Day & Evening Shifts: Various flexible shift options to fit your routine.
- Sleep-Ins: Additional sleep-in shifts available at £64.20 per night.
