Passive Fire Site SupervisorLocation: Bristol & Surrounding AreasSalary: £45,000 £50,000 per annum (DOE)Job Type: Full-Time, PermanentAre you an experienced passive fire professional looking to lead high-quality protection projects across Bristol? We are hiring a Passive Fire Site Supervisor to manage site teams, ensure strict regulatory compliance, and deliver projects safely and on time.Key ResponsibilitiesSite Supervision: Manage daily operations, site teams, and workforce productivity across multiple sites.Quality & Compliance: Conduct site audits and inspections to ensure all fire stopping, fire doors, and compartmentation works meet FIRAS/industry standards.Health & Safety: Enforce H&S legislation, promote a strong safety culture, and conduct regular toolbox talks.Reporting & Client Liaison: Maintain digital photographic records, submit progress updates, and resolve on-site issues with Project Managers and clients.RequirementsProven background in passive fire protection (Fire Stopping, Fire Doors, Structural Protection).Demonstrated experience supervising on-site teams and subcontractors.Full UK Driving Licence.Strong communication, digital reporting, and leadership skills.Preferred: SSSTS/SMSTS, CSCS Card, First Aid, or FIRAS/BM TRADA accreditation.What We Offer£45k £50k salary (DOE).Company vehicle or generous vehicle allowance.Company pension and paid annual leave.Long-term local work in Bristol with clear career progression routes.Click "Apply Now" to submit your CV for consideration.TPBN1_UKTJ
