Hours: Full-time, 39 hours per week

Salary: £31,826 per annum + Enhancements & excellent benefits package / 33 days annual leave (incl. bank holidays)

Are you a Care Coordinator, Team Leader, or Senior Support Worker looking to step up? Camden Society is recruiting for a Deputy Care Support Manager in Oxford.

You will combine hands-on support for adults with a learning disability (including some personal care) with supervising and mentoring teams to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.

Key duties:

  • Lead, coach, and support care teams on shift
  • Assist with rotas, records, audits, and support plans
  • Deputise for the Support Manager
  • Promote safety, dignity, inclusion, and independence

We’re looking for people with experience supporting people with a learning disability, leadership skills, and knowledge of safeguarding. Level 3 Health & Social Care is desirable but not essential.
