Are you a driven leader with experience in social care? A national disability charity is looking for a Support Manager to lead dedicated teams delivering person-centred support to adults with learning disabilities. You will play a key role in empowering individuals to live fulfilling, independent lives while ensuring high-quality, compliant service delivery.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead, coach, and develop support teams across multiple sites
  • Ensure quality care and regulatory compliance
  • Build trusted relationships with families, professionals & local authorities

What You'll Need:

  • Level 4 Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards)
  • Flexibility - usually normal business hours but will have an on-call requirement and some flexibility for team cover when needed, as 24/7 service is provided
  • Experience in supported living or similar care settings
  • Strong leadership, communication & digital skills
  • Full driving licence + own vehicle highly desirable
