Supported Housing Team Leader – Housing Management (Hybrid)

£39,643.50 per annum

OFFICE: Papworth Everard & Huntingdon (Hybrid working Office/Home mix)
Hours:
37.5 hrs/week (Mon–Fri, 09:00–17:00)

As our
Team Leader – Housing Management,
you'll guide, mentor, and empower our frontline Housing Officers and Housing Income Officer. Working from Papworth Everard/ Huntingdon with hybrid flexibility, you will blend supportive people leadership with strategic housing operations to deliver an exceptional, customer-first service.
How you'll make an impact
Lead & Mentor:
Support, coach, and develop your team through regular supervision and goal setting, fostering an accountable, positive culture across all tenancy management services.
Drive Housing Operations & Income:
Work dynamically as a
Housing Services Team Leader
to market and re-let empty homes efficiently, while proactively managing rent arrears to protect vital charitable income.
Empower Communities & Residents:
Act as our
Tenancy & Community Team Leader , partnering with local authorities and tenant groups to handle tenancy sustainment, anti-social behavior, and complex cases through collaborative solutions.
Demonstrate Social Value:
Turn feedback and complaints into continuous service improvements, capturing real case studies that showcase the life-changing impact of our supported housing services.
What you bring
Social Housing Expertise:
Practical knowledge of social housing management, tenancy law, income collection, and legal processes.
Coaching Mindset:
Proven ability to mentor, inspire, and lead frontline housing teams through operational delivery.
Problem-Solving & Values:
A calm, restorative approach to complex customer needs, paired with a commitment to disability equality, safeguarding, and supported housing principles.
Qualifications:
A CIH qualification (or equivalent). Experience with housing management systems like Omniledger Pyramid is a plus.
