We are hiring a Facilities & Maintenance Coordinator to join our team at the Chirnside plant.
This role offers a dynamic mix of practical upkeep and administrative coordination, working alongside an experienced Maintenance team to gain valuable exposure across site operations, contractor management, and utility functions.
Key
Responsibilities: Maintain site presentation through general upkeep, minor repairs, painting, and grounds maintenance.
Support site utilities, including fire systems, water/effluent treatment plants, and waste management.
Manage site contractors, organize maintenance improvements, and supervise seasonal summer staff.
Handle administrative tasks including SAP processing (POs, invoices, receipts) and updating maintenance records.
Support Facilities Operators to maintain high hygiene standards and oversee recycling streams.
Ensure strict compliance with all health, safety, and environmental protocols.

Strong IT skills (experience with SAP is a strong advantage).
