As a Male Senior Support Worker / Practice Leader, your responsibilities will focus on improving outcomes for individuals, ensuring choice and control in support delivery, and maintaining a safe environment. The role involves promoting emotional and psychological well-being and continuous improvement through feedback. You will support people to maintain a safe, clean environment which may include but not be limited to personal care.
