We\’re looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to work alongside teachers in delivering high-quality education to pupils with a range of learning and behavioural needs.
LSAs are vital in supporting classroom learning, promoting positive behaviour, and helping pupils access a broad and balanced curriculum.

What You\’ll Do Support pupils in small groups and 1:1 to help them engage and succeed in lessons Assist teachers across a range of subjects and classroom activities Prepare engaging resources and displays to enhance learning Promote positive behaviour, emotional wellbeing, and self-esteem Supervise and support pupils during breaks, lunchtimes, and transitions Maintain a purposeful, inclusive, and inspiring learning environment Attend training and staff meetings to share ideas and develop your skills What We\’re Looking For We\’re seeking caring, patient, and adaptable individuals who are passionate about helping young people reach their potential.
