The role
We're looking for a Partnership & Events Marketing Manager to strengthen how we go to market with our integration partners and elevate our presence at industry and partner events. This is a commercially-focused marketing role reporting directly to our Head of Marketing: you'll define the strategy, messaging, and partner collaboration model, while working with others to bring it to life.
You’ll own the marketing relationship with key integration partners, driving joint activities that create pipeline, deepen relationships, and increase our visibility. You’ll also lead the marketing strategy for events (trade shows, partner dinners, and smaller gatherings), ensuring we maximise awareness, engagement, and revenue growth.
How you’ll work
- Partnership Go-to-Market: Build and execute joint marketing plans with integration partners, aligning on business objectives and delivering co-marketing opportunities (webinars, case studies, marketplace visibility...). You’ll research and document partner ICPs and pain points to ensure our joint solutions resonate.
- Event Strategy: Define the marketing approach for all events we attend or host, from major trade shows to intimate partner dinners. You’ll collaborate with Demand Generation and Sales to drive pre- and post-event activities and secure speaking opportunities.
- Ecosystem Visibility: Identify opportunities to co-market with partners, thought leaders, and complementary vendors, expanding our brand presence and supporting demand generation.
- Impact Tracking: Measure and optimise the ROI of partner and event marketing, ensuring activities contribute to pipeline and revenue goals.
Expected outcomes within 12 months: established marketing relationships with existing and new partners, co-marketing activities that directly contribute to pipeline targets, and a stronger brand presence at industry and partner-led events.
Who we think you are
You’re a strategic, relationship-driven marketer with a commercial mindset. You thrive in fast-paced environments, connecting marketing activities to tangible business outcomes. You’re comfortable representing the company externally and enjoy collaborating across teams to bring ideas to life.
Your capabilities
- Experience: 5+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, with a focus on partner marketing and event strategy.
- Skills: Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and ability to operate autonomously in ambiguous settings.
- Track Record: Proven success in delivering measurable pipeline and ROI from partner and event marketing.
- Mindset: Commercial, results-oriented, and adept at managing multiple initiatives.
Nice to have:
- Experience engaging HR or Talent Acquisition audiences.
- Familiarity with API or platform-based products.
- Background in fast-paced, growth-oriented SaaS environments.
How we work
Our principles guide how we approach everyday. We work hard but insist that everyone considers the balance between work and their life and responsibilities outside. We are direct in our dealings with each other. We continuously work to build mutual trust so that we can give each other feedback without fear of it being taken personally. We can support a predominantly remote, office-based or hybrid working model. We do really value face-to-face time and, where circumstances allow, encourage teams to spend regular time together at suitable locations. As our current Marketing team is based in London (near London Bridge), the successful applicant should preferably be based in, or within a reasonably commutable distance, to the London city centre - however we’ll consider exceptional candidates based in the UK or the EU.
Hiring process
- A 30 minute screening call with our Head of Marketing, to check if this is a good mutual fit.
- A 1h interview with our Head of Marketing, exploring your experience and capability.
- A panel-based discussion with several members of our Marketing team, split between a task and evaluating your fit with our principles (we’ll aim to do it in person at our London office if possible).
What we offer
- Basic salary of £64,000 - £89,000 according to your experience.
- Pension scheme matched at 5% (gross).
- 25 days holiday in addition to flexible national holidays. National holidays are added to your holiday allowance and you’re not required to take them on the corresponding day.
- 6 personal development days per year to use for learning and development, charitable causes or similar.
- Private medical care with Bupa.
- Medicash Proactive cash plan for dental, optical etc.
- Life Assurance at 4x your salary.
- EAP - Employee Assistance Programme providing 24/7 mental health support.
- Extended maternity and paternity leave for new parents and adoption.
- Pleo card for work expenses, hardware, travel etc.
- A flexible approach to working; remote, office or hybrid.
- A principles driven culture that provides the framework for autonomous decision making and personal development.
