As a Field based Business Development Manager, you will be sourcing and visiting in-person potential new business, through a variety of business development channels. Selling Croners consultancy services, that will support business owners in having an easier and safer way to manage their staff. For over 80 years, Croner's award-winning team have delivered outsourced HR, employment law and health & safety services to UK businesses. Currently helping over 14,000 businesses stay legally compliant, whilst allowing business owners to focus on growing their business.
Skills required for this role:
- An established sales background in a field based solution selling role.
- Experience working to revenue targets in a fast paced sales environment.
- Excellent relationship building skills, having the ability to quickly build a rapport and trust with a business owner is crucial for building long term engagement.
- Focused work ethic and motivation, ready and willing to leave no stone unturned.
- Have a structured sales approach; prep and planning each day are key to consistency.
- A professional approach to every new business interaction whether that's a phone call, in person meeting or networking at an event.
