Crone Corkill are partnered with a Financial institution who have experienced substantial growth in recent years as they look to add another Trade Floor Support Analyst to the team. They require a professional who has experience working in these fast paced, high pressure environments, using the likes of VMware, Office 365, Windows 10/11, Cisco and a variety of Trading Applications such as Bloomberg, Reuters and Enfusion.
Please note: Having experience providing Trade Floor Support is essential for this opportunity.
What will you do as a Trade Floor Support Analyst?
- Work in a fast-paced Trading environment
- Provide deskside support for physical and virtualised environments for Global sites
- Respond to calls and enquiries from users in a timely manner
- Deal with 1st, 2nd and 3rd line levels of support
- Install and commission desktop systems and their routine upgrades
- Investigate and resolve low impact problems within SLAs
- Market data connectivity troubleshooting
What skills do you need to be a Trade Floor Support Analyst?
- Several years of experience supporting Trading teams and offering VIP/White Glove Support
- Excellent time management skills
- VMware (VMware Horizon is a bonus)
- Office 365 expertise
- Windows 10/11
- Ticketing log systems
- Experience with Networking
- Automating tasks using PowerShell (Desirable)
