We're looking for an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team.

The Role As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle, building relationships with both clients and candidates while delivering an outstanding recruitment experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities Manage the full 360 recruitment process, from business development through to placement.

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

Source, interview and shortlist high-quality candidates.

Write engaging job adverts and proactively headhunt talent.

Prepare candidates for interviews and provide support throughout the recruitment process.

Negotiate offers and manage the offer process through to successful placement.

Generate new business through networking, referrals and outbound sales activity.

Build market knowledge and become a trusted recruitment partner within your sector.

Consistently work towards individual and team targets.

About You We're interested in speaking with candidates who have experience in one or more of the following: Business Support recruitment Recruitment within another specialist market Estate Agency or Real Estate B2B Sales Business Development Account Management You'll also have: Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
