Confident? Commercially minded? Great at building strong working relationships? We’re looking for someone who ticks those boxes to join my law firm client as a Revenue Controller. This is a brilliant opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders across the business, helping to ensure work in progress is converted to bills promptly and that invoices are paid on time.
You’ll play a key role in keeping cash flow healthy and operations running smoothly, acting as a trusted adviser to the people you support. This isn’t a desk-bound, transactional role. You’ll manage your own portfolio, meeting regularly with Partners and practice leads to review WIP, reduce lock-up and agree clear action plans.
You’ll liaise with clients to resolve queries, oversee account reconciliations, monitor exposure, and take ownership of any escalations where needed. It’s about being proactive, spotting potential issues early and driving solutions that protect both relationships and revenue.
The firm in question is a law firm that very much believes in developing people and as such you’ll benefit from tailored professional development, cross-team learning, and involvement in firmwide initiatives. You will have access to an array of perks including hybrid working, generous holiday allowance, access to private medical and dental insurance, and a suite of wellbeing benefits, from yoga sessions to financial workshops.
They are a firm very proud to foster an inclusive environment where people are supported to thrive and encouraged to bring their full selves to work. The salary range for this role is £50,000 – £55,000. Working hours are 9:30am to 5:30pm, with a hybrid pattern of two days working from home.
So, if you’re ready to take ownership of your ledger and step into a visible, valued position within an excellent law firm, we’d love to hear from you.
