London Based Independent School

This is a full-time, onsite role supporting:

  • Recruitment
  • Compliance
  • Employee lifecycle administration
  • HR casework within a busy school environment

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday | Location: Onsite

Responsibilities include:

  • Lead recruitment coordination, safer recruitment compliance and pre-employment checks
  • Maintain HR systems, payroll inputs, contracts, personnel records and onboarding processes
  • Manage HR casework including absence, probation, flexible working, employee relations and policy support
  • Act as a trusted first point of contact for managers and staff, providing practical HR guidance
