Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a diverse caseload of public law children matters, including care proceedings, supervision orders, and adoption cases.

  • Excellent knowledge of the Children Act 1989, Adoption and Children Act 2002, Public Law Outline, Family Procedure Rules, and related statutory frameworks.
