A global investment management firm is seeking a Receptionist & Administrative Assistant to join its Administration team in a fast-paced London office. This role is ideal for a professional, reliable, and detail-oriented individual who enjoys providing high-quality front-of-house and administrative support.
Responsibilities:
- Professionally greet visitors and handle incoming calls and emails
- Manage conference room bookings, meeting setup/clear-down, and AV (Zoom/Teams)
- Coordinate catering, refreshments, and weekly staff lunches
- Maintain reception areas, conference rooms, kitchens, and office facilities
- Liaise with building management, register visitors, and coordinate maintenance
- Handle mail, couriers, and ad hoc administrative tasks (printing, scanning, binding)
- Maintain office logs, records, and documentation
Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of recent, relevant experience
