A highly respected private client is seeking a professional and discreet Personal Assistant to support their Chief Operating Officer and Operations Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive and fast-paced environment, where attention to detail and a proactive attitude are highly valued. The role is based at the client’s main office in Central London, with occasional travel to a secondary site and the flexibility to work remotely two days per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full diary and inbox management for the COO, including daily in-person briefings
- Liaising on the COO’s behalf, internally and externally
- Coordinating with other PAs across the organisation to streamline scheduling
- General support for the Operations, HR, and Finance teams
- Preparing meeting materials and documents for high-level committee meetings
- Providing ad hoc support to other senior individuals when needed
- Contributing to a collegiate, respectful, and professional team environment
Candidate Profile:
- Proven PA experience supporting senior executives
- Calm and personable approach – able to “manage up” with diplomacy
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Discreet and trustworthy with a clear understanding of confidentiality
- Strong Microsoft Office proficiency
- Able to juggle multiple tasks and remain flexible with shifting priorities
- Naturally helpful, friendly, and a team player
Working Arrangements:
- Hybrid: 3 days in office, 2 days remote (flexibility required)
- Standard hours: 9am–5.30pm, Monday to Friday
- Occasional travel to a secondary location outside London
