This is a unique opportunity for a confident, organised, and proactive EA to step into a high-impact role within a collaborative and fast-moving environment.

This position involves managing demanding schedules, organising detail-sensitive meetings, coordinating complex travel itineraries, supporting high-level projects, and communicating effectively with both internal stakeholders and external partners. You’ll be working closely with EA managers and team leads, learning executive preferences and adapting quickly to varying support needs as assignments arise.

We’re looking for someone with a minimum of five years' relevant experience, who thrives in a dynamic workplace and is confident handling confidential information with absolute discretion. You’ll be naturally meticulous, a team player, and someone who can seamlessly switch between working independently and as part of a broader EA team. Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook is essential, and experience with tools like Slack, Confluence, and SharePoint is highly advantageous.
