About the Role: As a Personal Assistant within Financial Services, you will provide comprehensive support to senior executives, helping to manage day-to-day activity, coordinate key meetings, and ensure resources and logistics are in place to support executive decision-making.

Key Responsibilities- Providing day-to-day administrative support to senior executives
- Managing inboxes, calendars, and meeting schedules
- Coordinating internal and external meetings, including venues and catering
- Arranging travel and logistics across UK locations
- Processing expenses and supporting general administrative tasks
- Supporting the smooth running of office activity and meeting spaces
- Managing meeting room bookings and ensuring technology is set up appropriately
- Acting as a first point of contact for visitors and external contacts
- Maintaining accurate records and logs where required
- Coordinating senior leadership diaries to ensure effective use of time
- Supporting key internal meetings, workshops, and leadership sessions
- Circulating papers, capturing actions, and supporting follow-up where needed
- Assisting with internal events, team meals, and offsite meetings
