We are recruiting an experienced Personal Assistant to support a team of senior Partners, including a Vice Chairman, within a leading corporate and financial communications consultancy. This is a fast-paced, highly visible role suited to a confident, organised PA who thrives in a professional services environment.

You’ll be a key support figure within a collaborative PA team, managing complex diaries, high volumes of administration, and providing seamless assistance to senior stakeholders.

What you will do:
Â
You will coordinate diaries and meetings, manage expenses and timesheets, arrange travel and accommodation, and support the preparation and proofing of reports, presentations, and client documents. You’ll assist with formatting and releasing regulatory announcements (training provided), monitor media coverage, and support meeting and event logistics.

The role also includes scheduling Zoom and Teams meetings, handling courier bookings, providing general office support, assisting with IT queries, and offering cover to senior EAs and the wider PA team when required.

What you’ll bring:
Â
You’ll have at least 3 years’ experience as a PA or Team Assistant, ideally within a corporate, financial, or professional services environment. Strong Microsoft Office skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage fluctuating workloads and tight deadlines are essential.

You’ll be confident, proactive, comfortable working independently, and a strong team player with a professional telephone manner.
