An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Personal Assistant to join an extremely fast-growing specialist alternative asset manager based in London! Our client is seeking a hardworking, proactive Personal Assistant who has a strong work ethic, thrives under pressure, has excellent organisational skills and is confident in Microsoft Office Suite.
The chosen candidate will support the company’s Chief Operations Officer, Chief Technology Officer, and Chief Legal Officer (Total 4 people).
Main Responsibilities:- Extensive diary management
- Mailbox management
- Travel bookings
- Collating and filing expenses
- Occasional minute taking
- Event planning and execution
- Answering and screening telephone calls
- Co-ordinate projects and project-led tasks
- Completing ad-hoc project and research work
- Liaise with clients – Internal and external
- Managing databases and filing systems
- General office administrative work
- Be an active member of the PA team
